They really cared about how I wanted to make sure I got the ring for my future wife. She loved the ring by the way. And I am talker and they let me just go and listend to everything I said. But great deals and excellent experience there.

First Visit: I was assisted by Ms. Elizabeth. Even though I arrived just an hour before closing, she welcomed me with patience and kindness. I was looking for a ring I had seen on their website, and she not only showed it to me but also worked with me to find a deal that fit my budget. Although I mentioned I was just browsing, she took the time to explain all their payment options and even helped me create a wish list with the quoted price for the ring, assuring me it would remain the same if I decided to purchase it later. Second Visit: My fiancé, his sisters, his mother, and I were assisted by Ms. Elena. She was incredibly patient and never made us feel rushed or pressured to buy. She truly listened to what we were looking for and presented us with beautiful options. When we found our rings, she helped us secure an amazing discount that we feel truly blessed to receive. First let me start with I have been dreaming about this ring for about a year and a half. And every so often I would go in just to admire it. Just waiting to be able to afford the down payment for the lay away. Now let me tell you about this time! I went in as usually just to look at my ring and the jeweler associate, Liz, immediately greeted us and started asking normal questions. And I told her my dream ring. And we sat down did the math, we still couldn’t afford the down payment. But then she told me about the other payment program they have. and my credit is horrible. And I got approved but not for the right amount of money. So her and the manager did some work and got the ring priced for the perfect amount. We will go to paramount jewelers for everyone of my jewelry needs.
